Default Liverpool UCL woes

Liverpool were held to a draw on the opening match day so must be hoping to win todays match against Galatasaray. Personally I think Galatasaray is just there to make up the numbers but with Rafael Benitez bent of keeping rotating his squad I fear they just might screw it up. Group C has all teams with one point each so Liverpool must take tonight's match and be decisive about it.

Liverpool had a late scare as Galatasaray made a bid to come back from behind but held on to win 3-2. It was surprising to see them give up their considerable lead. Crouch was especially good scoring 2 goals. It's always puzzled me how Liverpool seem to do well in Europe and not so much in the Premier league.
